Coronation Street legend Owen Armstrong set to return after 11 years

Coronation Street fans could be set for a major blast from the past, with Owen Armstrong reportedly returning to the cobbles after 11 years away.

Played by Ian Puleston-Davies, Owen was a major character on the ITV soap between 2010 and 2015. He left Weatherfield to start a new life in Aberdeen after his relationship with Anna Windass fell apart.

Owen was father to Izzy and Katy Armstrong and stepfather to Faye Windass, and his time on the cobbles saw him caught up in plenty of family drama.

Could his return bring him face-to-face with familiar faces from his past? And what would it mean for the Windass family?
